Ketsia Wild began her architectural studies at ETH Lausanne and completed her Bachelor of Science in Architecture at ETH Zürich. She worked as an intern in an architecture office in Zürich before joining the team of an-a-c in Basel.

an-a-c | An Architecture Collaboration

an-a-c is a Basel and Tokyo based architecture studio by Nao Uchida, Robert Schiemann, and Jan-Holger Stucken.

Our work focuses on the intersection of cautious use of material, urban sustainability, and context-driven design. We explore these themes through sensitive conversions of existing structures, studies for efficient urban densification and a deep engagement with natural building materials, as demonstrated by our 2nd Prize-winning design for a rehabilitation clinic in wood and rammed earth. This approach is applied to projects ranging from health care facilities, like the recent renovation of a childcare clinic, to private homes such as our house in Karuizawa.
